Instructions
- Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and dicing them into small pieces.

- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
