Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and dicing them into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
