Description

Delicious seasoned mushrooms made in an air fryer, perfect as a side or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and halve the mushrooms.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and all seasonings; add mushrooms and toss until coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place seasoned mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm as a delicious side or snack.
