Delicious seasoned mushrooms made in an air fryer, perfect as a side or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Clean and halve the mushrooms.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and all seasonings; add mushrooms and toss until coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place seasoned mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve warm as a delicious side or snack.
