- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
- 1/4 cup whole milk or cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the asparagus for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Stir in shredded cheese and pour the mixture over the sautéed asparagus in the skillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Serve warm with fresh herbs if desired.
