Description

Delicious and easy Caesar chicken wraps perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup light Caesar salad dressing (I love Ken’s Steakhouse.)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast (cubed)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (torn)
  • ¾ cup Caesar salad croutons (coarsely chopped)
  • 6 whole wheat tortillas (8-inch, at room temperature)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the cooked chicken, romaine, and croutons, tossing gently to coat everything evenly.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and place about ⅔ cup of the chicken mixture down the center.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • To make this recipe even easier, use pre-cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken.
  • These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a quick lunch.
