Description

A delicious and creamy bow tie pasta dish with seasoned ground beef and melted mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces bow tie pasta
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 26 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ¾ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
  3. After noodles are cooked, drain and drizzle with olive oil, and add in spaghetti sauce.
  4. Then add in browned hamburger, seasonings, ½ cup cheese, and sour cream.
  5. Mix together and allow it all to combine and melt together over low heat, for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
  • This dish can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
