A delicious and creamy bow tie pasta dish with seasoned ground beef and melted mozzarella cheese.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces bow tie pasta
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 26 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ¾ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (divided)
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
- After noodles are cooked, drain and drizzle with olive oil, and add in spaghetti sauce.
- Then add in browned hamburger, seasonings, ½ cup cheese, and sour cream.
- Mix together and allow it all to combine and melt together over low heat, for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
- This dish can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
