Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the carrots in water, covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain most of the water off, leaving about ¼ cup.
  3. Add the butter, brown sugar, and salt and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
