- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Boil the carrots in water, covered for 30 minutes.
- Drain most of the water off, leaving about ¼ cup.
- Add the butter, brown sugar, and salt and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
