Description

A delicious baked seafood pasta dish with a creamy sauce and a cheesy topping.


Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta
  • 300 g shrimp (peeled)
  • 200 g scallops or white fish
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheese (mixed)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Lightly sear seafood and set aside.
  3. Prepare cream sauce with butter, onion, garlic, flour, milk, and cream.
  4. Combine pasta and seafood with sauce.
  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese, and bake until golden.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes to the cream sauce.
  • Feel free to use any mix of seafood you prefer.
