A delicious baked seafood pasta dish with a creamy sauce and a cheesy topping.
Ingredients

- 400 g pasta
- 300 g shrimp (peeled)
- 200 g scallops or white fish
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheese (mixed)
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
- Lightly sear seafood and set aside.
- Prepare cream sauce with butter, onion, garlic, flour, milk, and cream.
- Combine pasta and seafood with sauce.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with cheese, and bake until golden.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes to the cream sauce.
- Feel free to use any mix of seafood you prefer.
