A delicious layering of crescent rolls filled with meats, cheeses, and peppers, perfect for a quick meal.

- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 pound sliced beef (ham substitute)
- 1/2 pound sliced salami
- 1/2 pound sliced provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup banana pepper rings, drained
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Optional: lettuce and tomato slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer Base: Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the greased dish, sealing the seams.
- Add Fillings: Evenly layer the beef, salami, provolone, pepperoni, banana peppers, and roasted red peppers on top of the dough.
- Season & Top: Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Top Crust: Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it over the top, sealing the edges together.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve: Let it cool slightly before slicing. Optionally, top with lettuce and tomato slices.
- Enjoy! Slice and serve warm.
