Description
Delicious chocolate peanut butter balls made with Gewürz-Spekulatius cookies.
Ingredients

- 250 g Gewürz-Spekulatius
- 200 g peanut butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 5 g coconut fat
- Zest of one organic orange
- Coarse sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Finely grind 250 g Gewürz-Spekulatius using a food processor.
- Add 200 g peanut butter and the zest of one organic orange; knead into a dough.
- Form small balls (about 10 g) from the dough.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Roll the chilled balls again to make them smooth and round.
- Melt 200 g dark chocolate with 5 g coconut fat in a water bath.
- Dip the balls into the chocolate and place them on a cooling rack. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Let them dry completely, ideally overnight, and store in airtight containers.
Notes
- For a stronger orange flavor, increase the amount of zest.
- These can be stored in the fridge for a week in an airtight container.
