Description
A refreshing and healthy immunity-boosting shot made from fresh greens and fruits.
Ingredients

- 2 large Granny Smith apples, (cored, sliced)
- 2 ribs celery, (chopped)
- 1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach, (packed)
- 1 medium lemon, (peeled)
- ½ cup (15 to 20 grams) fresh parsley, (loosely packed)
- 2 tablespoons (25 grams) fresh ginger, (peeled)
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, using a spoon to help push the juice through. (For an extra-smooth shot, use a cheesecloth instead.)
- Use a funnel to fill small glasses or shot bottles with the juice. Repeat until all juice is poured.
- Seal the bottles or cover the glasses and place them in the refrigerator to chill before enjoying.
- Store your Greens Immunity Boosting shots in airtight bottles or jars in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, but they taste best within 3 to 5 days.
Notes
- These shots are best when consumed fresh but can be stored for up to a week.
