Description

This delicious Italian sausage pie is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a comforting dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
  • 2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cook minced garlic, chopped onion, and green pepper over medium heat until soft. Add sausage and brown. Drain off any grease.
  3. Take off heat and mix in shredded cheese. Spray a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
  4. Add sausage mixture to pie pan. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and then pour over the sausage mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
