Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together miso paste, maple syrup, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Add the mixed nuts to the glaze and toss until well-coated.
  4. Spread the glazed nuts evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
