A delicious combination of glazed mixed nuts perfect as a snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 2 tablespoons white or yellow miso paste
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together miso paste, maple syrup, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Add the mixed nuts to the glaze and toss until well-coated.
- Spread the glazed nuts evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even roasting. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Let cool completely before serving.

- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to mix in other nuts or add spices for variation.
