Description

Delicious roasted acorn squash perfect as a side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium acorn squash
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut the squash into halves and remove the seeds.
  3. Brush the flesh side with the olive oil.
