This delicious Pizza Bake layers savory ingredients for a quick weeknight dinner that everyone will love.

- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 package (19 oz.) turkey Italian sausage
- 1 jar (13 oz.) Rao’s Pizza Sauce
- 5 Folios Parmesan Cheese Wraps
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 42 slices Hormel 25% reduced fat pepperoni
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425F/220C. Spray a 9″ X 13″ baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the Italian sausage until browned.
- Add Rao’s Pizza Sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Cut the Folios Cheese Wraps in half and arrange them along the edge of the baking dish.
- Spread half of the sausage/sauce mixture over the Folios.
- Top with 1 cup of grated Mozzarella cheese, then 21 pieces of pepperoni and a pinch of oregano.
- Make another layer with Folios, sausage/sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and oregano.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling hot.
- Serve the Pizza Bake hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a low-carb option, consider using low-carb tortillas instead of Folios.
- Check the Pizza Bake after 15 minutes to prevent overcooking.
