Description

A creamy and delicious crab artichoke dip perfect for parties or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in crab meat, spinach, artichokes, cheddar cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
