- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, and BBQ sauce; mix until smooth.
- Place wings on the wire rack and brush half of the sauce mixture over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, brush with remaining sauce, serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, make sure the chicken wings are pat dried well before adding the oil and seasoning.
- You can adjust the amount of BBQ sauce according to your taste preference.
